a little more love

“But I don’t care either, I don’t care!” said Tonks, seizing the front of Lupin’s robes and shaking them. “I’ve told you a million times….”
And the meaning of Tonk’s Patronus and her mouse-colored hair, and the reason she had come running to find Dumbledore when she had heard a rumor someone had been attacked by Greyback, all suddenly became clear to Harry; it had not been Sirius that Tonks had fallen in love with after all.

“I do not believe this darkness will endure.”

In my time working for the State Government, my job sent me to 46 cities in 11 years. I lived in villages with 8 people, farming communities, college towns… I was sent to every corner of Indiana. And then I came here and I realised that this whole time I was just wandering around everywhere just looking for you.

The things you have done for me, to help me, support me, surprise me, to make me happy…They’re all above and beyond what any person deserves. You’re all I need. And I love you and I like you.

Whut.

Well Mr. Deary, we don’t own any of your books which means a patron has never asked for one of your books which means that we will continue to not carry any of your books. Too bad. So sad.

I’m pushing up my sleeves right now. LET ME AT HIM.

Some libraries in our system have his books. Our library does not. (And will probably continue to not, considering I buy J fiction and no one’s ever asked for him.) Good day, sir!

“Today, Scholastic unveiled an all-new cover for Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone! And better yet, it’s just the first of seven (7!) new covers that will appear on U.S. trade paperback editions coming in September 2013. It’s all part of the upcoming 15th anniversary of the U.S. publication of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, the first book in J.K. Rowling’s best-selling Harry Potter series.” [x]

lizzey:

In trying to find a significant quote from or about Remus Lupin, the most common phrase that accompanied Remus throughout every book was simply, “Lupin smiled”.
